The private room has it's own beautiful balcony and is perfectly connected with all the public transport (S Bahn and Bus Stand within 2 minutes walking distance) with HIT, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, dm, Teddi also within 5 minutes of walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and is equipped with all the amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, shower everything. The rent of 900€ per month includes everything and is the warm rent. The apartment is shared with the landlord only and is peaceful (with the landlord staying for approximately 1 week in a month ;)) The room is great for working individuals as well as students from TUM as the university is just 15 minutes bus ride(X200) with the bus leaving in every 15 minutes. The location is also sufficient with playgrounds nearby, gym and basketball courts around.
